Parcel delivery across Ghana
Send a parcel from a VIPEX office and let the receiver follow its journey online, then collect it at the destination office.
Who it’s for
For people sending items to family or friends, and businesses sending parcels to customers or another office.
How it works
Choose your offices
Find a sending office and call to confirm that staff can accept your parcel for your intended destination. Ask about the rate and any packaging or collection requirements.
Drop off your parcel
Bring the receiver's name and phone number. Staff register the parcel and give you a Sending Receipt with a tracking code and QR code.
Share the tracking code
Send the code to the receiver. Both of you can check the parcel status on the VIPEX website.
Arrange collection
VIPEX calls or texts the receiver when the parcel reaches the destination office. Contact that office for collection arrangements.
Locations and arrangements
The branch directory lists offices in Kumasi, Accra, Sunyani, Tamale and Techiman. Ask the sending office to confirm the route before bringing your parcel; office locations alone do not guarantee a particular route or delivery time.
